Jacob Almeida's ability to guide you through the home buying process is unmatched. His ability to anticipate problems and navigate through them during the home buying process is why I have used his service twice as a buyer and a seller, and will continue to do so going forward. He is excellent at finding you the right buyer, negotiating and getting you to closing successfully. I have used other agents in the past who were good. This guy is excellent.

Jacob was polite and friendly and made sure we understood all that was necessary for us to do and we were more than satisfied with his concern for our finding the right house for us. We had some special needs since my husband is in a wheelchair and this house had all we needed and then some. He took the time to find just the right house for us.
